Lay back, act natural, and let’s take some pictures


This isn’t about a photo session, or even the pictures, it’s about You. Forget about posing and feeling stiff in front of the camera. Imagine going on a walk with an old friend, who just happens to have a camera with them. My process is free and flowy, and my only goal is to capture your true self.




But Also Remember...There are some Ground Rules...

01.


Age Restricted


  • Client must be 18 or older to book at their own free will! If you are under 18, you must have a parent/guardian present. Also a signed consent agreement between photographer and Parent/Guardian. Anyone under 18 must have an approved Guardian with them no exceptions.

Payment


  • Strictly No Refunds. All bookings will either require up to $75 or 50% of total payment to secure booking, depending on service.
  • If you paid 50% of your Balance as a Deposit, $100 rescheduling fee will be accessed to the final balance.
  • Payments are accepted by Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, and Cash.

Scheduling


  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, it must be done at least 48hrs Prior to scheduled Date/Time.
  • Any session running 15 minutes or more late will require a $50 late fee for every 15 mins your late. After 40 mins your session will be cancelled and will require full rebooking with no refund or credit. Please communicate ahead of time if running late to session.
  • Deposits received for sessions being rescheduled before the 48hr mark will be credited towards rescheduled session only on the first occurrence. If you are rescheduling under the 48hr mark or after the first reschedule occurrence prior to the 48hr mark, your deposit will not be respected and you will have to restart your booking process with a new deposit.
  • Rescheduling is only accepted within a 14-day period for deposits to be credited. Any date outside that period will need a booking restart with a new deposit.

Extras


  • Client is responsible for all props including but not limited to birthday balloons, flower bouquets, special backdrops, etc. Studio Sessions will typically contain a variety of solid color backdrops and some furniture props. If you are booking a studio session, you may inquire on props that are possibly available beforehand.

Receiving Content


  • Balance must be paid in full for photos/videos to be released, no exceptions. Please download and save your content within 2 weeks of delivery to avoid loss of content. Turnaround time spans from 24-72Hrs(usually 24hrs) depending on the workload and the timely manner of selecting photos. Same-Day Turnaround time is an additional fee if needed last minute. Your Selections for editing must be made within a 48hr window after receiving them in your email inbox.(Please check your inboxes after shooting!) We own all rights to all content (photos/videos). When you book with us, you are agreeing to book our lighting and editing style. Paying for the service means you have done your due diligence to browse the portfolio of work and agree to your content being of similar style. You may not have any images delivered by us edited or reproduced by anyone outside our agreement and/or business. Legal action may be taken if you violate this agreement.

Picture Time


  • Rule#1: Do not attend the session under the influence of any drugs or alcohol.
  • Rule#2: Please be on time! Be respectful of time and consider not only your time but the photographer's and/or other clientele who may have booked around your time frame. 
  • Rule#3:Do not Rely on Editing/Photoshop for your hair, make-up, body shape, etc. Please coordinate accordingly with your professional beauty/grooming services before the session to ensure the best results.
  • Rule#4:Please attend your session in the most put together way possible. Please Please Please make sure your hair, outfit, makeup are intact before shooting to ensure you have the best session possible. Remember your content will be seen by so many, so be sure your whole wardrobe is in order.

Picture Time Continued

  • Rule#4: Clients(especially ladies) are encouraged to bring friends who may Creative Direct and/or assist. It is a 2 guest max limit, unless extra guests are approved by Photographer. Please disclose all guests attending prior to shoot. Guests should agree to be respectful and follow the photographer’s leadership at all times. Insubordination or repeated disruption from party, may result in denial of service at the photographers discretion with no refund. (So be mindful of your company!)
  • Rule#5: Communicate! Please communicate what your vision is in as much detail as possible, also feel free to voice any questions or concerns. This is supposed to be a fun, exciting, and happy experience for you and we can not accomplish that if you do not, Communicate!
